How we file for you
Agreement 2026-09-01
When you sign in the product, you appoint Fadeprint to act for you.
We may send deletion, opt-out, and do-not-sell requests to people-search sites that list you.
What we may do
- Search public listings using the details you give us about yourself.
- File California and similar state deletion requests on your behalf.
- Follow up, check the listing again, and re-file if your data returns.
What we will not do
- Collect social-network passwords.
- Search for anyone other than you.
- Sell your details, or share them except to file a deletion you confirmed.
