Authorized-agent agreement

By signing in the product, you appoint Fadeprint as your authorized agent to submit deletion, opt-out, and do-not-sell requests for personal information held by data brokers and similar people-search services.

What we may do

• Search public listings using the identifiers you provide about yourself.
• Submit CCPA/CPRA and analogous deletion requests on your behalf.
• Follow up, re-check listings, and re-file if the data returns.

What we will not do

• Collect social-network passwords.
• Scan anyone other than you.
• Sell or share your identifiers.

California residents should also submit a request through the state DROP platform. That does not replace our direct broker requests.
